New Corporate Partner joins HCR in Leamington office

HCR Law has expanded its Midlands Corporate team with the appointment of Adam Percival, who joins as Partner in its growing Leamington Spa office.

Specialising in mergers and acquisitions and private equity work, Adam brings extensive experience advising owner-managers, shareholders, directors, private equity houses and corporates on corporate transactions. His appointment marks the first new Partner hire into the Leamington Spa office since Wright Hassall joined HCR Law in November 2025. The move took the firm to more than 1,000 people across 13 offices in England and Wales with a turnover of around £112m.

Adam will work with the Midlands Corporate team, led by Alison Scott. His appointment supports HCR’s commitment to expanding its specialist corporate practice and providing clients with seamless support across the region. HCR retained its position as the UK’s top legal adviser for M&A activity in Experian’s latest MarketIQ report. The firm also ranked first in the Midlands, reinforcing its strong performance and reputation for delivering successful deals.
