Smooth sale of farmhouse and paddock thanks to Senior Associate’s knowhow

Agriculture and Estates Senior Associate Rachel Smith was contacted during the sale of a farmhouse and paddock land. Part of the land involved in the sale was unregistered, and the farm had been split up into a number of lots over the years. This meant there were complications with cross rights.

Rachel spoke with the owners of the land, and ensured that the paddock was registered prior to completion of the sale. She also dealt with the final sale.
