

Social housing and later living legal expert, Louise Drew, has joined HCR Law as Partner.
Louise has previously held leadership roles at a national law firm, including Managing Director of a regional firm and Head of Building Communities. She now joins HCR Law’s specialist Healthcare team, advising clients across the health and social care industry specialising in real estate matters.
A nationally recognised expert in both retirement living and social housing law, Louise is ranked in both Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500, and is a regular speaker at industry events, including the Housing LIN Summit.
Louise has built a strong national reputation advising housing charities, retirement living developers, and housing associations and is passionate about using her legal expertise to support this sector and play a role in the critical delivery of homes for all members of the community.

Louise will be based in HCR Law’s Birmingham office located in the city’s Colmore Business District and advise clients across England and Wales.
