Commercial property is all about negotiating, drafting and completing deals to develop land and buildings. These deals can sometimes be very complex and I’ll work with you to simplify the process, taking you through and explaining the details as clearly as possible. I’ll also work effectively to find solutions so the deal gets done, on time and on budget.
On a daily basis, I work with developers, healthcare providers, vets, pharmacists and banks, with a particular expertise in the Health and Social Care sector.
I’m very friendly and responsive – I’ll always be available to answer even the quickest of questions. As a team, we aim to keep our clients as satisfied as possible, and we’ll always drive the deal home to meet your deadlines if we can.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and walking my dog, as well as travel and exploration.
