Commercial property is all about negotiating, drafting and completing deals to develop land and buildings. These deals can sometimes be very complex and I’ll work with you to simplify the process, taking you through and explaining the details as clearly as possible. I’ll also work effectively to find solutions so the deal gets done, on time and on budget.
On a daily basis, I work with developers, healthcare providers, vets, pharmacists and banks, with a particular expertise in the Health and Social Care sector.
I’m very friendly and responsive – I’ll always be available to answer even the quickest of questions. As a team, we aim to keep our clients as satisfied as possible, and we’ll always drive the deal home to meet your deadlines if we can.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and walking my dog, as well as travel and exploration.
Expect problems along the way – we’ll deal with them as they come up.
Negotiate as much detail as you feel able to with the other side.
Take as much professional advice as you can afford. Valuations and surveys might feel expensive, but they are worth it.
How long does it take?
That will depend on the particular circumstances, but I will give you an outline at the start of the transaction.
How much will it cost?
The circumstances will dictate the cost, but once I know all the details, I’ll be able to give you an accurate quote.
