Wright Hassall joins HCR Law

Following a pre-packaged administration process, well-established Leamington Spa-based Wright Hassall has today joined Top 50 UK law firm HCR Law, to deliver enhanced legal services across Warwickshire and Central England. Both firms are full-service practices with a shared commitment to client care and community engagement.

The firms share similar values and have complementary expertise. For Wright Hassall’s clients, this means access to a broader range of services and sector specialists, whilst HCR strengthens its footprint and consolidates its position as a leading regional law firm.

The debt collection firm QDR Solicitors, which previously formed part of Wright Hassall, has not transferred ownership to HCR Law.

Sam leads the Leamington Spa office with Joint Head, Heath Thomas. The office will operate under the name HCR Wright Hassall. The combined firm has 12 offices, 1,060 staff, and a turnover of approximately £112m.
