HCR’s family law team continues to grow – with Sally Robinson joining as a partner in the Northampton team.
Sally is a member of Resolution, an organisation for family lawyers who promote a constructive approach to family law.
Formerly with Shoosmiths, Sally has acted for a range of clients throughout the UK and abroad, although has spent much of her career practising in Northamptonshire where she was a partner at Wilson Browne for many years.
Often acting for high-net-worth individuals, Sally specialises in nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and providing advice to those who have separated or are getting divorced. Complex cases concerning arrangements for children and the niche areas of surrogacy, fertility law and disputes arising from donor-conceived children also fall within Sally’s expertise. Sally said: “I’m very excited to join and work with such a strong team and can’t wait to again make a difference to families across Northamptonshire and beyond.”
