New Reading office for growing firm

21st January 2020

Room for more growth led by client demand is leading Thames Valley law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys to move from its Green Park site into Reading in March.

The firm, which opened its office at Green Park in 2012 with just two staff, has expanded ten-fold so far, and is making the move into Aquis House, opposite Reading station, to give itself more room to grow further in a key location in the town centre.

Heath Thomas, head of the office, said: “We have seen exceptional growth at the Thames Valley office and we want to ensure that continues – this move gives us further scope to increase the size of our teams and expand the range of specialist services that we offer. We want to be right at the heart of things as Reading continues its development and to contribute to its success.

“When we first opened an office in the area, it was very real estate focused, but we have since broadened our services, so that now we have a very strong corporate team based here, along with international specialists and, most recently, an expanding private client team, with John Banky bringing years of local experience to the team.”

Alongside the move, partner Claire Leyshon takes up the role of Head of Real Estate for the team.
