New Restructuring and Insolvency expert strengthens HCR team

Partner Stuart Taylor has joined HCR’s established Restructuring and Insolvency team, enhancing the team’s presence in the Birmingham office.

Stuart brings nearly 15 years’ experience to the firm as a Restructuring and Insolvency lawyer, having recently worked for Pinsent Masons. His specialisms in insolvency range from contentious and non-contentious to corporate and personal matters.

His experience in litigation work and acting for the supervisors of the Regis CVA, which went to the Court of Appeal, will also add huge value to the team.
