Ally joined the firm having previously headed up the clinical negligence and personal injury department of another West Midlands firm. She brings with her 14 years of experience in clinical negligence work, much of which was gained at top-10 law firm, Irwin Mitchell.
Ally is a qualified physiotherapist, which has been invaluable in pursuing a career in clinical negligence. She has experience in many types of clinical negligence cases, and has successfully won life-changing settlements for her clients, including multi-million pound birth injury settlements. Her areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: birth injury, breast surgery, fertility claims, oncology, orthopaedics and fatal cases including inquests.
Ally is a panel member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme and has achieved Senior Litigator status with APIL. Ally leads a busy life outside of work, playing premiership rugby, league hockey and netball. She has played rugby for England Academy and has competed in endurance events such as Tough Guy and Man Versus Horse. She sings in two choirs and also enjoys photography and skiing.
