I appreciate that clients also have their business to run, so I do my utmost to ease the process and take as much of the leg work as possible. My experience includes working with multi-million-pound businesses, private equity investors and local businesses on a range of matters, from corporate governance and due diligence to mergers and acquisitions.
Outside work, my passion is horse-riding and exploring new places with my beloved cocker spaniel.
