HCR Law’s Thames Valley Corporate Team supports £14.5m cross-border technology acquisition

HCR Law’s Thames Valley Corporate team recently advised Telelink Business Services Group (TBS) on its acquisition of Ideal Group Holdings Limited for £14.5m. The deal was led by Partner Rachel Turner, supported by Legal Director Michelle Gorman and Associate Bronia Richards, alongside specialist colleagues across the firm.

TBS, headquartered in Sofia and listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, is an IT services and IT consulting group delivering system integration, connectivity, information security, cloud, and data solutions to clients across Europe.

Brighton-based Ideal Group Holdings Limited and its operating subsidiary, Ideal Networks Limited, deliver advanced information technology solutions for enterprises and for large buildings and workplaces, spanning networks and connectivity, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence

The acquisition marks a significant milestone in TBS’ international growth strategy and represents a meaningful entry for the company into the UK’s information technology and cybersecurity market.
