A bit about me

When a dispute is stopping you from managing your business effectively, I look at what went wrong, advise on how to resolve it and support you throughout the process.

I work with a variety of SMEs and individuals, from hotels to financial institutions, providing thorough, commercially minded advice. Many of my clients can be real characters, and I always enjoy working with them and learning from them. I enjoy commercial litigation as it allows me to focus on a number of different fields in one department, such as banking and consumer credit, intellectual property and regulatory matters. No matter the issue, I’ll bring my diligent and creative approach to the table to find the best solution – and if possible, to resolve the issue without any costly court proceedings.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, and watching as many films as I can.

Want to know more?

Don’t bury your head in the sand when a problem crops up – get in touch with me as soon as possible.

Keep hold of any important records or email correspondence.

It’s not about the principle – if you’re proceeding to court just to prove a point, think again. There’s normally a better way to resolve the issue.

How much will it cost?

At the outset, there are usually too many unknown factors to give anything but an indication of the final costs, but I will give a budget for the initial steps and stick to it.
