About me

Dealing with a financial dispute can be confusing.  I specialise in dispute resolution because I enjoy the satisfaction of being able to help a business or individual recover what is rightfully theirs. Resolving disputes can be costly both in terms of time, money and reputation. When I take on a case, the client’s problem becomes my problem. My aim is to resolve that problem and achieve the very best outcome for the client both legally and commercially.

I work with a wide range of clients including credit managers, lenders, private schools, charities, accountants, insolvency practitioners and directors. My work predominantly involves recovering outstanding monies due for non-payment of services or goods supplied. Instructions may extend to a single matter or collection of a volume book debt ledger.  My experience gained both in civil and insolvency law allows me to advise clients accordingly in both a pre and post insolvency situation.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about music and enjoy playing the guitar, recording, and mixing.
