Lisa Gibbs

Partner, Head of Residential Property

Why choose me

Moving home is a big part of people’s lives; it can be the most rewarding but also the most stressful experience, so it is my job to help ensure the transaction runs as smooth as possible. Conveyancing is so much more than just the paperwork, the work involves developing long-standing relationships with clients and their families as they move and build their futures.

I take a ‘one size doesn’t fit all’ approach, treating clients individually to suit their needs and removing the legal jargon so that they understand the process. I have worked with private clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, developers and local authorities on a range of matters including buying and selling residential property and high-net-worth properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity release.

Outside work, I enjoy making the most of weekends by being outdoors and exploring the English and Welsh countryside.
