Working with both lenders and borrowers on secured lending matters includes acting for individuals and companies looking to acquire, borrow against and re-finance properties, banks and peer-to-peer lenders taking security over properties and property investment – a wide range of issues with which I can support clients.
Helping clients to achieve their goals is really satisfying and the buzz of working hard to complete a deal is what drives me. My experience with transactions means that I am well-placed to help clients, building strong relationships with them to make the process as stress free as possible.
Outside work, I love spending time with my family and friends and I have a new puppy who keeps me very busy.

How much will you charge?
We will always offer a fee estimate, which will give you an idea as to how much the matter will cost. Generally, the final fee will be in line with the estimate or lower. However, if it is apparent during the transaction that the fee estimate will be exceeded, then we will advise you of this and will agree an increase in our fee estimate.
How long will the matter take?
It is often possible to provide you with a time estimate at the beginning of the matter; however, we will keep you fully updated in respect of timings throughout the matter and will let you know if there is anything that is likely to cause a delay.
Can this be done quickly?
We will always try to work to meet deadlines and expectations, but there may be issues that crop up on transactions. We will always advise you on timescales and will tell you if it is not possible to achieve a particular date.
