Why choose me

Property law is made up of intricate rules; the work I undertake as a real estate solicitor is exhilarating and intellectually stimulating. I very much enjoy how it combines the need for sound legal knowledge and practical skills.

I take time to get to know my clients so that they see me as their trusted legal advisor. Working so closely with clients and contributing towards something tangible to help people achieve their goals is very rewarding.

Outside work, I am a keen runner, former gymnast and fitness enthusiast!

Questions my clients ask me

I will do my best to give a client an indication of how long a matter is going to take to complete. However, it is not always possible to give a definitive answer. The timescale will depend on the nature of the transaction and a number of other variables, but sometimes agreeing a deadline for completing brings structure to the deal and focuses minds. I shall do my utmost to achieve my client’s target date and will keep them informed of how the matter is progressing throughout.

Legal fees will depend on the nature of the transaction. I will always look to agree costs with my client in advance, so that there are no surprises.
