About me

As a Solicitor in the Real Estate Finance team, I have worked with a range of clients including high street banks, building societies, challenger lenders and those looking to borrow from them. I also work with corporate ‘buy to let’ investors and a range of public house tenants who are often looking to go free-of-tie.

My specialisms include secured lending and borrowing, corporate buy-to-let for both residential and commercial properties, public house lease transactions and residential conveyancing.

Outside of work, I am passionate about sport, carpentry, film and music – but beyond anything else I am most passionate about my beautiful daughter.

Discover my top tips

Organisation is key. If you have recently purchased a property and could look to refinance in the future, keep all the property-related documents as they will likely be needed going forward

Be prepared to take on professional advice. Issues can always crop up in any matter, so we will always try and find workable solutions for all our clients

Be realistic with expectations. Often, clients want to complete as soon as possible but where other parties are involved, delays can inevitably ensue. We will keep you updated on timescales and try to push those non-responsive third parties into gear!

How long will it take?
This often depends on how responsive clients are and any others party to the transaction.

How much will it cost?
We provide a fixed fee for secured lending or borrowing and conveyancing. We will give a fee estimate at the outset for any lease work and update you as the matter proceeds.

What do you need from me?
We need information we ask for as soon as possible. This will help us progress matters as efficiently as possible.
