Cross-border joint venture agreement goes smoothly with guidance from Corporate and International Partner

When a Lebanese investor’s joint venture was incorporated in England and Wales between him and an English developer, he asked Corporate and International Partner Dr Saverio Salandra for advice and expertise.

Saverio advised on the corporate structure which would be most suitable for the company. He also advised on a shareholders’ agreement between the investor and the developer – which will regulate the management and ownership of the company, along with the relationship between shareholders.
