Real estate finance partner delivers great result for children’s nursery

When a lender’s client looked to acquire a children’s nursery, they contacted Real Estate Partner Emme Raynsford to ensure the property due diligence, and the granting of security in favour of the lender was overseen in an efficient and timely manner.
In addition to ascertaining whether the property had good and marketable title, the lender also required an occupational lease to be put in place between the trading and holding company along with a full security suite.
