When a client required help with Children Act matters, they turned to Chartered Legal Executive Jennifer Lindup-Salmon and Senior Associate Penny-jo Wilson. There had been a history of domestic abuse between the parents involves. Jennifer and Penny-jo acted swiftly in issuing a C100 application at court – and at the end of the proceedings, they managed to secure the client having regular contact with her children going forward. This had initially been stopped by the father when he not only removed the children from her care but also relocated them to another part of the country, causing complications in the client being able to regularly seeing her children.
