HCR Law has strengthened its Commercial Property team with the appointment of Jo Pusey as Partner.
Jo joins HCR Law after 26 years at a regional firm, where she built a reputation as a trusted adviser in commercial property matters. She brings extensive experience supporting a wide range of clients – from sole traders to large corporates, pension funds and land and property developers.
Her appointment continues the team’s growth following several senior hires in the second half of last year, including Robert Pyke, Cara Keen and Paul Alger, alongside the most recent Partner, Sarah Potter, who joined in February 2026.
Jo said: “HCR Law has an exceptional reputation for its client-first approach, and I’m delighted to be joining a team that shares my commitment to people-focused advice. The continued growth of the Commercial Property team made this the right move, and I’m looking forward to working closely with our clients to support their plans and help their projects progress.”
Anthony Goodfellow, Head of Commercial Property, said: “Jo’s expertise and the trust she has built with clients over many years make her an excellent addition to our team. Her appointment supports our continued investment in high‑quality talent and strengthens the support we’re able to offer the people and businesses we work with.”
