HCR nominated for Family Law Team of the Year

HCR has been nominated for the Family Law Team of the Year award at the British Family Law Awards.

The shortlist – considered a “who’s who” of family law professionals – recognises and celebrates the vital work family lawyers do for their clients. Former BBC news presenter turned family lawyer Joanna Gosling will host the event at the Bristol Harbour Hotel on 25 January 2024.

Encompassing the wide range of work family law professionals do, other categories at the event include Family Mediator of the Year, Family Innovator of the Year and Excellence in Client Care.

James Grigg, HCR’s Head of Family, said: “This is fantastic news; to be nominated for the Family Law Team of the Year award is a great achievement. As a team, our priority is to ensure clients are understood and supported, so this nomination is a testament to the commitment of the team in finding resolutions during very challenging or emotional times”.

The team launched its Unified in Separation service earlier this year – a tailored, collaborative approach to divorce and separation – through which couples receive advice on a joint basis to reach an agreement without the expense and added pressure of going to court.
