Kelly Davies becomes Head of Real Estate Finance at HCR Law

Kelly Davies has joined HCR Law as a Partner and Head of Real Estate Finance.

With her extensive expertise in real estate finance, Kelly will enhance the team’s specialist offerings, which include bridging loans, investment and acquisition finance, development finance, and buy-to-let mortgages.

Clare Day, who is handing over the reins, will continue to support Kelly and the team to grow and manage key client relationships, alongside her responsibilities as Head of the firm’s Financial Services sector.

The Real Estate Finance team has experienced significant growth over the past five years, with members strategically located across HCR Law’s offices to provide national coverage for clients. The team has successfully secured numerous lender panel appointments with both traditional and challenger banks, including recent appointments to Hampshire Trust Bank’s specialist mortgage and bridging panels.

This growth has also led to the establishment of a dedicated mortgage division focused on supporting clients with buy-to-let investment lending.
