New Head of Commercial Property for HCR Law’s Leamington Spa office

HCR Law has welcomed commercial property lawyer Kylie Cooper as Head of Commercial Property at its Leamington Spa office.

Kylie brings more than a decade of experience advising on complex property transactions. She previously worked for Wright Hassall, which became part of HCR Law in November 2025.

Since then, the Leamington Spa office has relocated to modern facilities to support its continued growth and long-term commitment to Leamington Spa and the wider Warwickshire market. Kylie’s appointment reflects the ongoing investment in the office, which is attracting new talent in response to rising client demand across the region.

Her appointment also forms part of wider growth across the Commercial Property team, with a number of senior appointments made firmwide over the last year. These include Robert Pyke and Cara Keen in Norwich, Paul Alger in London, Sarah Potter in Thames Valley and Jo Pusey in Northampton.

Kylie strengthens the firm’s commercial property offering with expertise across all aspects of commercial real estate, including high-value and complex transactions. As a qualified executive coach, she will also support the growth and development of colleagues, helping to further strengthen an already well-established team in Leamington Spa.
