Specialist legal advice for trustees cuts through jargon

A number of trustees from both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes looked to Christopher Nuttall, Partner and Head of Pensions, for sound guidance and advice on the legal aspects of administration, management and investment decisions within their schemes.

Christopher explained the issues to his clients in terms they could easily understand, doing away with legal jargon, to give them the confidence to make informed decisions. This also meant they could make sure the schemes were well run, with their benefits secure.

Through providing specialist advice on technical issues which could affect his clients’ schemes, ensuring decisions were made in a timely manner and that risks were managed appropriately meant that the schemes involved were able to achieve good outcomes for members.
