Our work in technology has seen us advising a variety of businesses. This has ranged from advising a supplier of IT-related services in relation to an e-voucher solution for the FIFA World Cup 2022 to advising a UAE-based communications company consultancy regarding the expansion of their business in the UK.

We’ve also advised a Dubai-based start-up on its proposed applied blockchain business for luxury assets and acted for a global, Dubai-headquartered foreign currency exchange business in relation to an internal investigation, prosecution of staff involved in corruption, successfully defending it from UK FCA and SFO enforcement action.
