HCR’s Cardiff Corporate team have been shortlisted for the prestigious Corporate Law Firm of the Year award at this year’s Wales Dealmakers Awards.
The black-tie event celebrates the top M&A, buyouts and funding deals of the year – along with the teams and individuals that made them happen.
Martyn Davies, Partner in the Cardiff Corporate team, said: “We are very pleased to have been nominated for this award for the third year running; it’s testament to all the hard work that the team has put in over the previous 12 months. We very much look forward to the ceremony and the chance to celebrate the successes of the Welsh dealmaking community.”
The event takes place on Thursday 28 September at the Mercure Holland House Hotel in Cardiff.
This comes after a summer of success for HCR’s Corporate teams – from two nominations at the Midlands Dealmaker Awards in July to four nominations at the beginning of August for the Thames Valley Corporate team and being ranked second across the UK for M&A deals in the latest Experian Market IQ rankings.
