Finalists in dealmakers’ awards

2021 has got off to a great start for our Thames Valley corporate team, shortlisted in two categories of Insider Media’s South East Dealmakers Awards.

The team, led by Robert Rice and Rachel Turner, are shortlisted in Deal of the Year (above £10m) for acting on the sale of professional services firm Quantuma LLP to K3 Capital Group.

They are also finalists in the Corporate Law Firm category, with some major deals from June 2020 onwards, including the sale of Camo Ltd, trading as Simply Waste, to Biffa Plc and the investment in Juriba by BGF.

Rachel Turner said: “This is an excellent start to the year and a real reflection of the team’s hard work and commitment to clients in a tough market last year.”
