HCR’s Thames Valley Corporate team have been shortlisted for four awards at this year’s Thames Valley Dealmakers Awards.
The black-tie event, which takes place on 21 September at Reading FC, celebrates the acquisitions, funding deals and buyouts across the region along with the firms and people that make those deals happen.
The team are shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year, while Head of Corporate in Thames Valley, Rachel Turner, has been shortlisted for the prestigious Corporate Lawyer of the Year award, having won previously.
Alongside these, the Thames Valley Corporate Team are also shortlisted in the Deal of the Year (sub £20m) category and again in the Deal of the Year (£50m+) category.
Head of Corporate in Thames Valley, Rachel Turner, said: “To be shortlisted in four categories for one ceremony is fantastic news. It’s testament both to the Corporate team as a whole and the ambitious nature of our clients, whose drive and determination shows the M&A sector continues to thrive.”
