HCR supports sale of Gloucester care home – acquisition for NCG

22nd March 2019

Healthcare property experts Harrison Clark Rickerbys (HCR) have supported the acquisition of Gloucester care business Branksome House Care Services by Chosen Care Ltd, a subsidiary of National Care Group (NCG).

Branksome House Care Services provides registered care and supported living care to a total of 24 individuals at present.

The HCR team, including Louise Crook and Eimir Tuckett on the property side and Tim Ward on the corporate side, has worked with NCG for the last two years, completing a number of deals for the group.

Louise said: “I am delighted that we could support this acquisition – NCG already has a strong presence in Gloucestershire and this acquisition extends and complements their services.”

James Allen, the CEO of NCG, said: “We have worked with the HCR team a good deal and have always found them extremely responsive and professional – this acquisition was no exception and we are looking forward to being able to extend our care provision and supplement existing services to residents and users.”

Chosen Care Ltd bought the business from Mr and Mrs Bahadar Singhera for an undisclosed amount.
