About me

Getting clients to their destination as quickly as possible with the least amount of antagonism is key for any lawyer operating in the corporate world. I pride myself therefore on trying to be as pragmatic and understanding of individual clients’ needs and will do everything I can in order to leave them in the most advantageous position possible.

Having extensive experience in multiple jurisdictions ranging from the largest of corporate transactions for multinationals and private equity houses to SMEs, start-ups and family businesses means I can use this to my client’s advantage. I can provide a range of corporate specialist advice including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.

Outside work, my passions include classical history, learning languages and cooking.

Can you just use a standard share purchase agreement for this transaction to keep costs to a minimum?
While there are obvious similarities between agreements, each one has to be individually drafted and tailored to the particular transaction - not to do so would definitely go against your best interests.

How long will it take?
This is dependent on a number of factors but if you involve us early, we can certainly give you a realistic timeframe.
