I pride myself therefore on trying to be as pragmatic and understanding of individual clients’ needs and will do everything I can in order to leave them in the most advantageous position possible.
Having extensive experience in multiple jurisdictions ranging from the largest of corporate transactions for multinationals and private equity houses to SMEs, start-ups and family businesses means I can use this to my client’s advantage. I can provide a range of corporate specialist advice including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.
Outside work, my passions include classical history, learning languages and cooking.
