I like to simplify the often complex issues of a corporate deal for my clients, who range from stock market listed plcs through mid-level companies to sole traders – I like the negotiation process of such deals as well as the completion. It’s a very interesting area of law, and one where being accessible, able to act with speed and efficiency is very important.
From a multi-million pound joint land development project, or the sale of a software company to a joint venture between mines and minerals operators, I have acted for clients across a wide range of sectors.
Outside work, my family, reading, national hunt racing and rugby are my passions.
