As part of the Education and Charities team, I’m passionate about helping educational institutions, charities and not-for-profits to achieve their goals. In a sector which is strictly regulated, I help them to navigate any legal challenges they come across, allowing them to focus on running the school and / or the charity itself.
My background is in corporate law, advising a range of clients, from smaller family run businesses to large global organisations across a range of sectors. I now use the knowledge and experience gained in the corporate world to support charities to make a difference.
Working with schools and charities is extremely rewarding and I enjoy playing my part in helping them to create a positive impact. My clients always come first, and I make sure I fully understand their situation and aims to find the best solution for their specific needs. I support clients on a range of matters including incorporations, mergers, acquisitions, and governance.
When I’m not at work, I’m a keen runner and enjoy running marathons. I also love travelling and am a charity trustee for the Hackney Children and Baby Bank.
