Commercial law is about solving problems creatively. Clients often come to me either with a problem or an idea of something they want to create – but are uncertain as to how to execute it. My job is to think outside the box to reach a solution for our clients – often bringing about a result they didn’t think was possible. I work with you and your team to understand your objectives and help you meet them; anticipating potential challenges and tailoring legal strategies to align with your specific goals.
I work with a wide range of businesses, from SMEs to larger corporates. These include automotive manufacturers, construction and consumer goods businesses, and pharmaceutical companies. I’ve also worked with LLPS, universities and healthcare corporates, those in media and publicity, property, agriculture and equestrian businesses.
Outside work, as well as spending quality time with family and friends, I enjoy cooking and find it a great way to destress. I also love keeping active.
