These businesses have been in industries as diverse as agriculture, fashion, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, engineering, hospitality and retail.
My specialisms include M&A matters, from asset purchases to MBOs, issues relating to shareholders, articles of association and company secretarial matters.
Outside work, I am a keen golfer and enjoy playing and watching football.
