Corporate law is about businesses and the people behind them who drive them forward. It’s a fast-paced, interesting and complex area of law – and the thrill of getting a deal done can’t be beaten.
I make sure to communicate with my clients at every stage of the transaction; I care about their issues as much as they do, so it’s important to provide clear advice and solutions to make the process as smooth as possible. I’m a dedicated lawyer – diligence is key. I have worked with a range of individuals and SMEs along with larger organisations, companies based in Europe and PLCs. These businesses have been in industries as diverse as agriculture, fashion, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, engineering, hospitality and retail.
My specialisms include M&A matters, from asset purchases to MBOs, issues relating to shareholders, articles of association and company secretarial matters.
Outside work, I am a keen golfer and enjoy playing and watching football.
