My focus is on secured lending structures, helping clients realise value from assets such as receivables, inventory, plant and machinery and real estate, while dealing with legal and regulatory requirements across different countries.

I work closely with clients not only during transactions but also in identifying new opportunities. I actively seek out potential deals and support clients through both growth and distressed situations in international markets.

My experience across a wide range of cross-border matters means I can anticipate challenges early and provide commercially focused solutions. I operate confidently across jurisdictions and bring strong language skills and cultural awareness, helping to bridge gaps between different markets, advisers and stakeholders.

I act for a broad range of organisations, including regulated and non-regulated financial institutions, funds, private capital firms and borrowers. Alongside transactional work, I also advise on banking and financial regulation, as well as insolvency and work-out solutions.

Outside work, I enjoy meeting new people, spending time with my family and sailing and travelling, particularly in southern Europe and Turkey.
