We also assist with interviews under caution (PACE interviews), prosecutions and appeals – such as provision of services without a licence or deployment of unlicensed individuals – and provide advice for individuals who fall within the SIA’s ‘Consider Additional Factors’ (“CAF”) category. We can also help if your of Approved Contractor Scheme (“ACS”) accreditation has been withdrawn or you are facing withdrawal.
