About me

Real Estate law combines the intricate details of a corporate transaction with the ever-evolving law surrounding land in the UK. I love how transactions follow a pathway, but at the same time, how each transaction presents unique challenges.

I assist clients with various aspects of commercial property transactions ranging from buying/selling shop units to assisting landlords with lease renewals. During my training, I have acted for commercial landlords, private businesses and organisations such as charities and private schools. Clients can rely on my professional yet personable approach to help achieve the best outcome for them; it is also my duty to ensure clients have clarity as their case progresses.

Outside work, I am a keen sports enthusiast; I follow everything from football to the UFC and have recently taken up golf.

How long will my transaction take?

Every transaction will have a different time scale. I will work to the best of my ability to work within your timescale and communicate with you effectively should anything change. The timescale of the transaction is dependent on the papers that I initially receive.
