The team we had was fantastic, the process of selling a business was new to my business partner and I, and we could not have done it without the support, patience, knowledge of the team at HCR. They were very personable, conscientious, understood our feelings throughout the whole process and comprehended the enormity of what it meant to us as shareholders. Working well with our advisor team and also the buyer’s advisor team, they created a solid platform to resolve issues with our interests front of mind.

They have been patient, accommodating, honest, and kept us informed at all times. They have worked out of hours when required, have always been calm and collected and showed patience and understanding.

It was a pleasure working with James and Joe on this complex transaction.
