HCR shortlisted as finalists at the West Midlands Rainmaker Awards 2023

HCR has been shortlisted as finalists in two categories at this year’s The Business Desk Rainmaker Awards!

The firm has been shortlisted for the work the Corporate team in Thames Valley did on the sale of Wine Box Company to Premier Paper Group in December 2022 and, in the International deal category, for the advice Alison Scott in our Corporate team in Worcester gave when Swedish investment firm Systematic Growth acquired Evac+Chair International.

Head of Corporate in the Midlands, Alison Scott, said: “It’s great to see that the hard work the team put into securing this deal has been recognised at the Rainmaker awards. We have been shortlisted against some major companies and so to even be acknowledged is fantastic.”

The awards bring together the West Midlands deals community to celebrate the best deals and teams from the past 12 months, as voted for by the corporate finance community themselves. The ceremony takes place in Birmingham on 5 July – good luck to all the finalists.
