HCR top M&A deal league table for second consecutive year

Experian’s latest review of the most active M&A advisers has once again reinforced HCR’s leading position in the Corporate field, as they retain the UK top spot for number of deals completed in the first half of 2022.

Having advised on 112 mid-market deals, the firm’s rankings rose to first place in the Midlands, South West and South East, with second place in London and the East of England. HCR’s Corporate teams also made top five in Wales and the North West, and top ten for Yorkshire and the Humber – extending our geographical reach across the UK.
