Leviathan family grows following support from Cheltenham Corporate team experts

The Cheltenham Corporate team, led by Partner Rachael Reeves and Senior Associate Louisa Leach, has supported another acquisition for Leviathan Engineering just seven months after their last.

The Bristol-based engineering group, which specialises in niche engineering and manufacturing, now has a majority shareholding in Nicol & Andrew Group – who are known for providing a range of bespoke offerings to industry-leading clients across four divisions.

The acquisition will bring Leviathan’s industry experience and prowess to an already well-established team of experts, both boosting their position in the market along with their reach to clients.

It’s the third company to be brought under the Leviathan umbrella in 18 months – a rapid ‘buy and build’ schedule which part of the medium term plan to create an integrated, high-growth engineering group.
