We also act for specialist buy-to-let lenders on either a dual-representation basis with corporate borrowers, or on a separate representation basis for the lender only.

The team act for limited companies when properties are being acquired from directors and connected companies, and advise on the regulations surrounding letting properties in both England and Wales. We know that issues arise in any transaction, so we look out for any potential pitfalls in order to deal with them at the time rather than later on.

We also understand the unique regulations which affect private landlords and provide an attentive, communicative service to our clients in order to get their buy-to-let deals over the line.
