Corporate team advise global regulatory affairs consultancy company on German investment

HCR Law’s Corporate team have advised the shareholders of G&L Healthcare Advisors, a global regulatory affairs consultancy company, on all legal aspects of a majority investment from Armira, a German-based leading investment holding, providing capital for entrepreneurial partnerships with a long-term horizon.

G&L Healthcare, founded in 2016 by Peter Griffin and Stephen Loughrey and supported by an industry-leading management team, is one of the largest independent regulatory and quality assurance providers to the healthcare industry.

The deal was led by Rachel Turner, Head of Corporate in Thames Valley and Richard Wilkey and Head of National and London Corporate Teams, assisted by Corporate solicitor Anisha Grewal. Neussel KPA advised on German aspects of the deal.
