Help for trustees and creditors

As well as helping clients who are facing bankruptcy or insolvency, we work with licenced insolvency practitioners across the country to recover assets and money in  bankruptcy cases, including investigation and asset tracing.

We can also assist in matrimonial breakdown and bankruptcy claims. We successfully acted in the landmark Court of Appeal case of Hill & another v Haines [2007] EWCA Civ 1284, where we ensured our client’s share in the matrimonial home was returned to her after her ex-husband filed for bankruptcy.
