With detailed and specific advice about the documents he needed, what he needed to do and how long the process would take, the team also reassured him that the initial refusal did not mean the end of his hopes; he was eligible, but had not understood what the process entailed.

They also prepared legal representations to include with the application.

The team’s thorough preparation led to a successful application the second time. He was very thankful and happy that he was able to enter the UK to be reunited with his wife and their small child.
