Expo 2020 Dubai

The team regularly advised Expo 2020 Dubai on various software contracts including software licenses, software development agreements, software maintenance agreements, SaaS agreements and third party EULAs. They also advised them on a ticketing development solution, negotiated the procurement of a cloud service and advised on the migration of their data centre to a cloud storage network. Master service agreements and partnership agreements were negotiated and drafted as well as giving advice on complex IP provisions for bespoke software.
