As well as being on the end of a phone or at your side for day-to-day HR queries, the Eagle HR team delivers complex project work, covering everything from investigations and discipline to restructures, redundancies, coaching and mediation.

When a Worcestershire-based design studio needed help with HR matters, they got in contact with Eagle HR. In 2019, they started a retainer renewing on a yearly basis – with the Eagle HR team providing guidance and advice where needed across issues as varied as contracts, policies and day-to-day employee management to more complex situations.

The team work with the design studio to review situations as and when they arise, answer any queries they may have, set out suggested approaches and establish if there are any associated risks, along with advising on these.
