We can talk you through the formal insolvency procedures that may apply to you, including an Individual Voluntary Arrangement, a Debt Relief Order and bankruptcy itself. We can also help if you’re looking to set aside a statutory demand.

In the aftermath, we can continue to be by your side, for example by providing guidance in relation to claims by your trustee in bankruptcy concerning the family home.

We work with trustees in bankruptcy too, guiding you through your duties and obligations. We assist with realising assets into the bankruptcy estate, whether it’s selling the family home or seeking the return of assets or sums paid to a third party by the debtor before they were made bankrupt.
