Redditch-based logistics group AMCO were recently acquired by global logistics specialist Super Group in a deal advised on by Alison Scott, Head Midlands Corporate team. AMCO looked to Alison for expertise and guidance when they came to sell a 78.82% share in their business.
Alison, along with colleagues from the Corporate, Real Estate and Employment teams, guided them through the process to ensure a deal was reached in a smooth and timely fashion.
